Do you feel stress, fatigue, chronic pain and a general dis-ease have become a normal part of life? Are you ready to enjoy life pain free, fresh and focused? Body Be Massage Studio exists to help you achieve optimal health, to experience freedom from daily stresses that mentally and physically grind you down.

Body Be is an inviting massage studio nestled in the heart of Old Town Longmont. As owner and operator I promote self-care as a priority. Based on your goals, together we will customize a massage session that integrates a variety of disciplines:

Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, and Sports and Medical massage.  There can even be a Hot Stone treatment!

When all is said and done you should notice a decrease in pain, increase in range of motion, and be recharged for what lay ahead.

“If you are looking for an amazing massage, I HIGHLY recommend Body Be. Heather is incredibly skilled, strong, intuitive, and empathic. She is truly a healer!”
- Jenny H., Lafayette

Having received my massage license from New York State in 2003, I started my practice working with clients who suffered repetitive stress injuries, chronic pain and structural dysfunction. Soon I realized a talent for dysfunction assessment and a passion for healing. My clients’ successful rehabilitation encouraged me to continue my education at the Boulder School of Massage Therapy in beautiful Colorado.  During the following years I established my practice, honed my skills working with professional athletes and musicians, taught students, and directed massage programs at locally owned chiropractic and spa centers.

Beyond technical development, twelve years’ experience taught me many things that a classroom could not.  I learned how to create a safe space for deep relaxation, to be present and mindful, to make true connections, and to honor each client’s unique story.

Nearly a decade and a half of practice have taught me the power of a really good massage. The transformation from stress, pain, irritability, and fatigue into lightness, both physical and mental, is beyond compare.

My approach is to address your specific concerns using a combination of techniques, ranging from, but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports & Medical, Trigger Point, & Reflexology.

Whether you are looking to rejuvenate, rehabilitate, or both, Body Be Massage is at hand to help you reduce stress, recover from injury, & most importantly, RELAX.
